The Web Conference 2023 requires at least one full non-student registration for accepted papers, even for students.

The Web Conference 2023 (formerly WWW) is a notable conference in the field of recommender-systems. This year, the conference chairs decided that authors of accepted papers must register at least for one full on-site non-student 3-day ticket, starting at $900, even if the presenting, or all, author(s) are students. That is quite uncommon to my knowledge, and makes the submission less attractive for students who have little or no funding and who must pay registration out of their own pocket.

There is even a screenshot on Twitter showing that, initially, the chairs wanted authors to register for a full 5-day conference, starting at $1.200:
