ACM RecSys Registration 2024 Opens NOW

Registration for the ACM RecSys Conference 2024 is now open! To register for RecSys 2024, participants must use the designated registration portal. The main conference registration is mandatory for attendance, which includes an evening reception at the Villa Romanazzi Carducci with food and drinks. Each registration comes with one ticket, and additional guest tickets can be purchased. While registration for tutorials and workshops is optional, it requires a conference registration. Prices are in euros and include VAT, with significant discounts for participants from economically developing countries as designated by ACM. The cancellation deadline is September 13, 2024, and the Early Bird deadline is August 29, 2024.

The registration costs for physical attendance vary based on membership status, registration date, and category. Early registration rates are available until August 29, with different rates for members, non-members, and students. For virtual attendance, the standard rates are €200 for members, €300 for non-members, and $200 for students for the main conference, with additional costs for including tutorials and workshops. Discounts for economically developing countries apply only to ACM members, and the specifics can be seen on the payment page during registration.

Authors with accepted papers must register for physical attendance by the camera-ready date for their contributions to be included in the proceedings. This policy also applies to workshop and challenge contributions, requiring at least one author to register by September 11. Student registrations require proof of ACM student membership, and valid student IDs will be checked on-site. ACM provides visa support letters for attendees and authors, and all payments must be completed in euros, with credit card payments required from September 14, 2024, onward. RecSys 2024 is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible conference environment for all attendees, supporting a diverse recommender systems community.
